  - What is Microchipping?

  - Micro-chipping is a simple and effective way to make sure that your pet can be easily identified should they get lost or stolen. A small microchip, (about the size of a grain of rice) is inserted under the loose skin on the back of your pet's neck. This coded inserted chip remains a permanent means of identification for your pet and stores your pets personal ID number which can be read using a scanner, which in turn is traced on the database back to its owner.

  - Can Canine Ireland Microchip and are these microchips ISO standard?

  - Yes, we have fully trained certified staff who can microchip your pet. Alternatively, contact your local vet. All of our microchips are to the ISO standard. Please call 059 9157536 for further details.
