membership- €10
(b) Life
Membership- €100
by cheque or
postal order to
be made payable
to:
Canine Ireland
Your pet cannot
be registered
until this form
is received and
entered on the
Canine Ireland
database.
Once this has
been done a
Certificate of
Registration
will be returned
to you and your
pets microchip
can then be
